I checked the dates and times of the files on Dropbox and the email, and those confirmed that the files were there before the email, but he insists that he downloaded them that day, yet he was working with the previous version. I told them it was in the Dropbox, and that prompted some confusion about which were the correct version of the files. One of the questions they had was about something that was a part of the files I had uploaded prior to the email mentioned above. Two weeks later, we asked the consultant about their progress on the work they were doing on this project. It was also the owner approved version, and I indicated that in the email. Sometimes it takes a few minutes but always keep in mind, on busy days, tracking information could take a few hours to start showing simply because the clerk. ![]() Postal workers don't always scan that label, I wish they did. I found that out a long time ago when the same happened to one of mine. There were some significant changes, so it was important for them to have the correct files. How long does USPS take to update tracking 24 hours It will only update if the carrier or post offices it stops at scans the label. I updated the files to Dropbox, and waited for the green check boxes, then sent them an email about 10 minutes later saying that the files were ready. We have shared files with them on a project, but on the most recent update, there was some confusion. We have a project, and we have an outside consultant. ![]() ![]() I am having a bit of an issue with one of my clients.
